present hair routine – The Fitnessista

Hello pal! Right here’s a listing of all of my hair care faves and the total routine! Whereas I strive to decide on pure and natural choices as a lot as potential, with my hair care, I’ve form of swung slightly in the other way. Beneath is a mixture of essentially the most pure natural stuff you’ll find… and the alternative. Stability, child.

Wash routine:

I used to solely wash my hair as soon as per week. After visiting the Korean head spa and having my scalp scanned, I’ve modified my methods lol. I wash it twice per week now.

Shampoo and conditioner: Nexxus

I’ve thick hair and I’ve been utilizing this Nexxus shampoo and conditioner for years. I need a THICK conditioner, not one which appears like water.

*As soon as per week, I take advantage of my products from Korea, however I’ve been making an attempt to make them final. Every little thing is linked here.

Each different wash, I add in a masks. This mask and this mask are my two favorites. If I’m feeling additional, earlier than my bathe, I’ll mist my hair with water, add within the masks, and Saran Wrap it round my head for half-hour or so. I’ll wash and situation like traditional

After washing:

Depart in hair treatment

Add in hair oil (both Moroccan oil or the oil from Dealer Joe’s)

Let air dry, and use heat protectant earlier than styling with the Shark Flex Fusion

Each day hair care:

I take advantage of this healthy hair set from HigherDOSE as soon as per week, together with their serum and brush. After I add the hair serum, I put on my HigherDOSE baseball cap for about 20 minutes

Keep away from tight, excessive buns – I solely put on them for exercises and take my hair out afterwards

Food plan and dietary supplements:

For a few years, my hair wouldn’t develop. Lengthy-time weblog readers will keep in mind that for a few years I had hair just under my shoulders.

I ALWAYS needed it to be longer, nevertheless it was like it might get thus far and simply break. Now my hair is right down to my decrease again, glad and wholesome!

Listed below are among the largest gamechangers:

I began consuming pink meat once more once I was pregnant with P. I’ve pink meat just a few occasions per week now (and am SO glad I added it again)

Give attention to wholesome fat: chia, hemp seeds, day by day Omega 3 supplements, avocado, butter, nuts/seeds

Intestine and mineral testing. After I lastly replenished my lacking minerals and healed my intestine, this made the largest distinction. When you’re focused on useful lab testing, you possibly can at all times e-mail me TEST to gina@fitnessista.com and I’ll share some choices with you.
